no activity in 7507 and RSP8

Hi, After rebooting a 7507 with one RSP8 installed , system didn't come up and no console messages are displayed on hyper terminal. Normal LED is green, both Master and Slave LEDs are on. I have only one RSP4 as spare in hand. What can i do to see what is the problem?
