No internet access on Mac Monterey

Hi,

I have an Apple M1 and after successfully installing the Anyconnect Client and connecting to the vpn server, I do not have internet access in the browser. Microsoft Teams keeps working, but I can't load any page in any browser, not even after allowing auto proxy discovery in my system settings. Any idea why and how could I resolve this, please?

which AnyConnect version are you using, and what is the VPN server ?

version 4.10.01075, the one that my company provided me with. It works on windows but not mac.

the server is acvpn.mol.hu/external

 


I'm sorry I just signed up for this and I definitely don't know either anything about MAC Books or about the anyconnect VPN client. 

That said 

 

3 things I would do 

1) ask around if other users who use MAC books are having the same issue.

2) Uninstaller and reinstall the Anyconnext client.

3) Uninstall or reset the browser 

[ make sure you copy your bookmark and any other settings.

4) A turn OOF wifi by putting it on airplane mode. Wait 2 minutes and turn it Back ON

 

4) I would search How to reset Network settings. 

    (Below is what I found )

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top-left corner of the screen.
  2. Click System Preferences.
  3. Click Network.
  4. Select your Wi-Fi connection from the list of connections.
  5. Click the minus icon under the list of connections. ...
  6. Click Apply.
