no output for the debug

Hello folks

ICMP packet debugging is on,but when i ping a host and received the dotted point , then i didn't see any output for the debug to see why this host didn't reply

i m login to this switch through telnet

Hi,

Make sure you have "logging console" in the config and "term mon" in user mode both turned on to see the debugs.
