Hello
There're more than twenty 6509VE running in the network. All of them has got 1GE or 10GE SFP / GBIC.
However, when I tried "show int trans" in some of them, there's nothing shown:
Router_A#sh int transceiv
No transceiver present
Router_A#sh inv
Router_A#sh int status | i connected
Gi1/1 connected 304 full 1000 1000BaseSX
Gi1/2 To WLC5508 connected trunk full 1000 1000BaseSX
Gi1/3 To WLC5508 connected trunk full 1000 1000BaseSX
Gi1/10 To WLC4404 connected trunk full 1000 1000BaseSX
Gi1/11 To WLC4404 connected trunk full 1000 1000BaseSX
Gi1/14 connected 961 full 1000 1000BaseSX
But from another 6509:
Router_B#sh int transceiver
Transceiver monitoring is disabled for all interfaces.
If device is externally calibrated, only calibrated values are printed.

Hello,
There is one internal DDTS on 6k -fixed in 12.2(33)SXI. Possibly you hit that. You may want to get TAC SR opened to clarify that in more depth.

Thanks a lot!
Those boxes will have an IOS upgrade in Dec. Let me see if that's the cause by then.
Thanks again.
