No show dmvpn command

Repeat of identical post from last year but was encouraged to start my own thread with my own findings.... previous thread never really got resolved I don't think...no-show-dmvpn  I believe that this is a license issue, but I can't say definitively.  Smart licensing and all of its variations is confusing!!!

To simplify the conversation, I have 2 spoke routers, 1 is working as expected, 1 is not.  To be clear, both routers have multiple dmvpn tunnels configured and both are passing traffic as expected.  Both outputs of "show version" are identical.
