Hi,
I would like to know the step by step troubleshooting to find out why not all ports providing Gigabit connection to our network on LAN.
All computers are new with latest LAN adapter, WLAN connection speed is much faster than LAN connection.
We have the following that I need to troubleshoot.
SF300-24P
SR2024 only port 7, 10 and 11 running on Gigabit
SRW224G4P only G4 runnign on Gigabit
SR2024 only port 1, 2, 4 and 77 runnign on Gigabit

Hi Ernest,
It depends on the backbone cables that supports 1G.... end to end you should be having the 1G supported cabling to get that work.....
Can you check by connecting a laptop on identified non-1G interfaces and do connect with cat6e cable and check if that takes the 1G speed?
Regards
Karthik
