Upgraded Frac T1 from 768 to full T1 1544.Sub interface shows 768k.The main interface shows 1536. Any suggestions on how to verify actual bandwidth so I can go back to the Telco Provider and make them fix? Thanks in advance.

Hi,
rxload 245/255 already shows leaking is reaching to peak utilization.
Also clear the counter and see input rate & output rate, that will also give you fair idea, about throughput you are getting on this link
In addition you can use client-server application like "iperf" to test the bandwidth.
Jperf is the GUI for iperf.
HTH...rate if helpful..

you consider the actual bandwidth on the main serial interface (s0/3/0). you may want to configure bandwidth on the sub interface (s0/3/0.1) and monitor bandwidth via a network monitoring tool or using show interface command.
