Not SSH or telnet

I jus updated my Cisco Switch 4500 cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.06.06.E.152-2.E6.bin

but is not letting me setup SSH 

Also tried with telnet but no success

What else can I do?

cat4500e-universal.SPA.03.06.06.E.152-2.E6.bin

The file doesn't support SSH/Crypto.  Load the IOS file "cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.06.06.E.152-2.E6.bin" and this supports SSH.

About Telnet, 

If you are using local credentials, you should have:

no aaa new-model 

username Cisco privilege 15 password Cisco123

line vty 0 15
login local
