Hi,

whats is the best way

dual link single router

I have 2 wan links and need to do wan failover in router.

That depends on what you want to achieve. If you are only interested in protection against external link failures, one router is fine. If you want redundancy also in case the router fails or is in maintenance, then two routers are the way to go. Be aware that using two routers will make your setup slightly more complex.

We need wan failover. We dont want redundancy in case of router failure.

well, that really answers your question ... One router with two links.

Also would you like to utilise both wan links at the same time ( load sharing) or have a primary and secondary redundancy ?
