Hi,
I'm trying t open a support case with CISCO TAC but when I open the support case manager, the "open a new case" tab is not highlighted so I can't click on it.
I've logged into my cisco account and I'm still experiencing the same issue.
Could someone please guide me on how to do this, I really need their help.

Can you verify that you are entitled to open support cases with TAC - your Cisco ID is associated with an organization that has an active maintenance contract with Cisco?

So only people who have or are associated with an organisation with an active contract can open a ticket?

Yes having an active maintenance contract is a requirement for opening a case with TAC.
