OSPF clarification

Hi

R1

Lo -1.1.1.1( Area 1)

Fa0/0 -192.168.1.1(Area 0)

R2

fa0/0 -192.168.1.2 (Area 0)

fa0/1 -192.168.2.1 (Area 1)

R3

Lo- 2.2.2.2(Area 3)

Fa0/0 - 192.168.2.2 (Area 1)

My  clarification. I am learning the 1.1.1.0/24 network in  R3 router

But R2 and R1 not learing the route of 2.2.2.0/24 which was in  area 3. Is this normal operation. what i need to  do R1 to learn the R3 Routes.. and also i need to test stubby, NSSA totally NSSA and totally stub with network diagram.

I am attaching the Network diagram for reference.
