I think that there is not a measurement of how many OSPF neighbors a device can support. Instead, there are design recommendations that say how many neighbors should be per OSPF area.
Cisco says that you shouldn't allocate more than 50 routers per area. The number of OSPF neighbors should be considered in terms of the device resources.
How many OSPF neighbors do you pretend to have? Or is this just a personal question?
