attached is the topology.
I have a 4 X Distribution switches with multiple interface Vlan for the end users , these distribution switches are connecting to 2 X Core with a layer 3 port channel.
below are the routes advertise in ospf as they are interface vlans on the distribution switches, can I use more than I summary command in the ospf process becz these are not in sequence I have left some subnets in between which are been used in Dist 5 and Dist 6 ( not shown in topology)

As already noted by Pawan, you can, but also keep in mind that the summaries will be advertised even if the ABR cannot reach the subnet or it doesn't have the optimal path to the subnet.
From you attachment, it's unclear what area(s) the cross links support between a pair of ABR distribution switches. Suggest you support both area zero and the local area between the pair.
