Output from sh ip eigrp events

Can someone tell me what this output means. Why is router being queried about this network when it is a stub and this network isn't advertised from this router.

Can you post the configurations of both sides? Make sure you don't include public IP addresses or passwords.

Is the neighbor who sent the query also a stub? One weirdness about stub is that if we're a stub and all peers on an interface are stubs, we have query or won't converge.
