I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the Cisco Packet Tracer but everytime I try to do a lab it closes a few seconds after opening it. Can someone kindly help me?

Please provide answers to the following questions to get more clarity on this issue:
Is your system OS is upto date..? Have you installed all pending OS Updates on the computer?
Does this issue occur on a Local account?
Is this issue confined only with the cisco packet tracer program? or Other programs also having the same issue...?
