I have completely forgotten my login/password to the web interface of my Cisco SG300-20 switch. How can I go about recovering this or resetting the unit to factory default?
From my Macbook Pro I connected via a USB serial console, where I then hit ESC and choose "Password recovery" in the console. The unit then says the password will be ignored, but when I try to log in on the web interface access is denied. What am I missing? I can't seem to find a guide that gives the necessary steps to complete the recovery operation. Help!
