Hopefully this is a fairly quick question, I would have tested this in a lab, but run out of time.
Is it possible to run both HSRP and PBR together without issue?
What I have is a remote site that is connected to HQ site by two redundant links.
One of these has a greater (and variable) delay than the other path.
What I want to do is have a PBR to send certain marked voice traffic via one path and all other traffic can load-share between both links. There will also be a rate-limit statement to ensure a certain amount of traffic is guaranteed for voice.
Therefore is HSRP, PBR and EIGRP possible?
Thanks in advance.

HSRP defines a shared virtual address whose purpose is to provide redundancy to end stations who configure a single default gateway. It deals with how end stations send traffic to the router.
PBR deals with how the router forwards traffic and especially deals with conditions where you want to specify a forwarding decision different from what is indicated in the forwarding table.
So I do not see any problem or interaction between HSRP and PBR.
Your question also mentions EIGRP. This routing protocol has no interaction with HSRP. Since it helps define what the normal routing decision would be there are some interactions between EIGRP and PBR.
