Performance monitor in two different WAN Links...

hi all,

I need to analyze the performance of our WAN Links. Earlier we had TDM Network and dedicated 2M Link between the HQ and Branch.

We have changed the WAN Link to type called G.SHDSL and it's implemented using shared technology.

After that our branch customes complained now they are experiencing extremely slowness after placing the new G.SHDSL Connetion.

Now my requirement is to compare the performance between two links and differenciate the problem.

1) What are the things I shoul monitor ? Jitter, Delay etc.... ?

2) What are the free tools I can use for my requirement ?

For a trial you can use NetFlow Traffic Analyzer from Solarwinds

I would look at the bandwidth, top talkers, top ports, top hosts, jitter, and delay
