Type escape sequence to abort.
Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 2001:4860:4860::8888, timeout is 2 seconds:
Packet sent with a source address of 2001:100:0:190::4

Hello Yasmeen,
the U ICMP code should mean unreachable for example administratively forbidden for example by an ACL.
U: A destination unreachable error PDU was received
see for ICMPv6 the following document
and for ICMP codes and traceroute operations in IPv4
Verify how many paths to the destination address 2001:4860:4860::8888 exists on the local router.
using show ipv6 route 2001:4860:4860::8888
Hope to help
Giuseppe
