Hi guys can you check this config please. It's working ok but if there are any improvements I can do or you see any mistakes let me know please.

I put 20 track 20 on the 69.x.x.x ip to give the 70.x.x.x priority is that correct ?

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0 70.x.x.x track 10

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet1 69.x.x.x 20 track 20

The only issue which might be by design is that I cannot sent email or browse any sites through the 69.x.x.x ip unless the 70.x.x.x is down (failover) is it because I give priority to the 70.x.x.x ip?

Can you add the below command feature in your IP SLA Configuration:

track object-number rtr rtr-operation {state | reachability}

Example:

Router(config)# track 123 rtr 1 reachability

Tracks the state of a Cisco IOS IP SLAs operation and enters tracking configuration mode.
