POE ports

I some of the POE ports are not working like port gi1/0/12 .

I tried to  shutdown &  no shutdown , but also not working. as in attached file

also Checked command "show power inline " and check the used/remaining power , it was 80/750

please help

I'm still facing the same problem , can you please advice

Reboot the switch.

If the issue persist, post the complete output to the command "sh post".

most probably the switch poe is on it way out - it does happen 

 

do the fauly ports work as normal access ports when POE is turned off?

sounds like the Poe is faulty it does happen I would suggest you RMA it as Leo stated
