Hi ,
I'm in the need of setting up a configuration with a router which would route packets to two different ISP connections based on protocols, failing to the other active connection should one of the two fail.
Can anyone give me help on finding examples ?
Would a Cisco 815 do the job or do I have to get a HIgher model ?
Thanks a lot

Hi
It depends on the type of connectivity you are going to have there in your site.
You may need check check the bandwidth you are going to subscribe from the ISPs over there.
Based on the above points you can choose upon the router model which you can deploy in your site.

The 2 ISP provided their router so the router I'll add should have 3 ethernet ports , one for each ISP's router and one for internal lan
