sorry for my bad english.
when connecting PPP I have this error :
May 27 06:51:35.599: PPPoE handle inconsistency: handle 0x580003AF returns session 0x7FEB6F0BE280 with handle 0x0
May 27 06:51:35.599: SSS PM: SSS PM: Added peruser feature infos when config_applied already setuser-defined classes with queueing features are not allowed in a service-policy at sub-interface/pvc/service-group
May 27 08:51:35: %QOS-6-POLICY_INST_FAILED: Service policy installation failed on
SSS session identifier 381 -. service-policy not applicable for interface features. policy:PM-QOS-2M, dir:OUT, ptype:, ctype:DEFAULT
I tried several IOS :
asr1002x-universalk9.16.09.07.SPA.bin
asr1002x-universalk9.16.09.01.SPA.bin
asr1002x-universalk9.16.06.04.SPA.bin
The policy-map applies well on the sub-interfaces.
The policy-map applies of course to PPPoE
Here is my policy map :
policy-map PM-EF-AF13-2M
description "Qos LLQ pour 5 IT MAX en G711-A - AF13 a 1,5Mbps "
class CM-EF-VOIP
priority 500
class CM-AF13-SCAVENGER
police 1500000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop violate-action drop
class class-default
fair-queue
random-detect dscp-based
service-policy PM-EF-AF13-2M
policy-map PM-QOS-2M
class class-default
shape average 2000000
service-policy PM-EF-AF13-2M
Do you have any ideas ?
Thanks

I'm coming back to my old policy-map problem.
I was able to make some progress on the debug but not solve the problem.
To recall my problem, I can't apply policy-map on links collected in PPPoVPDN at the same time as on PPPoE.
The result is that the policy-map will work only on all PPPoVPDN links or only on PPPoE links, but never both at the same time.
Here is the error I get when debugging:
Oct 27 15:06:38.721: SPOLICY: [pid=214(SSM connection manager: Session iftype: OUT: Install service policy 'PM-QOS-10M'.user-defined classes with queueing features are not allowed in a service-policy at sub-interface/pvc/service-group

Important to know, my 2 services (PPPoVPDN and PPPoE) are on the same physical interface.
If I switch one of the 2 services on another physical interface, I have no problem.
Except that the interface where I could do the tests is a 1Gb interface and I need to do it on my TenGi.
Can my diagnosis help you better? Is it normal on the cisco?
Thanks.

Hello,
I am not sure I follow the logic of your QoS policy. The two policies marked in bold are...identical ? Which would mean you apply the service policy under...itself ?
Either way, try and remove the marked lines:
policy-map PM-EF-AF13-2M
description "Qos LLQ pour 5 IT MAX en G711-A - AF13 a 1,5Mbps "
class CM-EF-VOIP
priority 500
class CM-AF13-SCAVENGER
police 1500000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop violate-action drop
class class-default
fair-queue
random-detect dscp-based
--> no service-policy PM-EF-AF13-2M

sorry, copy and paste error on my first message.
I don't have the "service-policy PM-EF-AF13-2M" under "random-detect dscp-based".
