POST RESET PROBLEM

i did try to reset the password of cisco 2901 router and find in attached what happened after the reset, hope you help me out

Hi

that's the DRAM something has failed with it during bootup  

2 choices

1 open the lid easily done power down first , remove the ram and stick it back in reboot and fingers crossed it comes back

2 replace the DRAM if that fails or if the device is supported replace it

-Is that in warranty? well open a TAC case for that. If not, well go on ahead with what mark says
