My company using L2 MPLS between HO to Remote site, every week exact time this router WAN-Link goes down (cisco 1911), then we contact the remote site IT technician then connect that site LAN network through teamviewer and reload that router then it works fine. so what might be the cause for this WAN-Link goes down?
NOTE: This Message we got from Network Monitoring tool:
System Error : PURCHASE DEPT CISCO 2911 (10.10.110.2) is DOWN
Reason: Host did not respond to SNMP, UDP: Ping timed out
Average system response : 10.74 ms
System availability: 98.39 %

can you provide the output of the show interface x/x where the circuit is connected each side on CE device
Have you raised this with the MPLS provider ?
