PPP configuration pt

I'm following a ppp tutorial and it's all good but theres is one issue my serial interfaces protocols are down, I don't understand why

as shown below the issue is serial 2

Router 2#sho ip int brief

Could you share the running config from both the routers in a file along with the debug ppp negotiation output.
