- i configure vlans and inter-vlan routing and its working well.
- i configure default route to pass the packets to another interface ( no switchport , ip address and route are configured)
the problem now that :
-from the 3750x router itself; i can reach the new destination
- but from other vlans i cannot reach the new destination
how i can solve this?

The default route next hop device needs routes back to those vlans/IP subnets.
Does it have these ?
If not either statics on the next hop device or a dynamic routing protocol between the 3750 and the next hop device is needed.

The next hop router is related to ISP Provider and can not be configured from our side.

Hello
As Jon pointed out, your next-hop router must have a route back to reach your VLANs. If it does not, then configuring NAT and translating their IPs to the IP of the Catalyst switch (outgoing interface towards the next-hop) would solve the issue, unfortunately NAT is not supported on the 3750-X.
Best option would be to request a logical change of configuration from your ISP and either configure static routes on their router which would allow it to reach back your VLANs or setup a dynamic routing protocol.
Best regards,
Martin
