Which version are you running on the router? These problems disapear often after an update of the software.

Hi,
Check a log file for errors in router. Maybe this will help to investigate the reason.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_4/release/notes/124MCAVS.html#wp185580
As Karsten advised, it's good idea to upgrade IOS.
Hope it will help.

One of the issues I have seen with these errors is a cable problem. Have you tried replacing the cable?
I also found this link too that had a similar issue
11-16-2012 06:33 AM
I use optical cable for wan link and its rent over network provider , And UTP for LAN . Cable
seem to be okay.

You have a faulty circuit, complain to telco.
