Protocol Pack on SCA BB 3.5.0

Does anybody know why during protocol upgrade the SCA BB console shows me an info like this:

"+ 25.5.2009 9:22:35 CEST | ERROR | Protocol Pack Installation Error: Invalid SPQI format (D:\SCABB_316PP14B8_SUS.spqi): internal JAR is missing"

I tried to install protocol pack SCABB_350PP17B29_SUS.spqi.

When upgrading old PQB files, new signature-based protocols are not assigned to any service. Signature-based protocols that are not assigned to a service are classified as Default Service. To fix this, manually assign these protocols to a service.
