We're currently working on a MAN architecture to connect about 100 customer sites to a central site. Each site has a SDSL 2 or 4 Mbit/s and the central site has two 1Gbit/s link from two different ISP.
Our ISP use QinQ to encapsulate traffic coming from the sites, so we have 1 S-VLAN per site and we'll use a ME3600X to concentrate the links.
I'm wondering how ME3600X deals with the QoS and the QinQ processing. We want to limit the bandwitdh for the egress traffic, so the S-vlan must be pushed before the switch applies the QoS policing/shapping. Does anyone know if it's correct ?
In the same way, if we want to apply H-Qos by using policy-map associate to the C-VLAN; will we have any troubles ?
