Hi
mls qos srr-queue is for mapping you can find description about it from following link: Mapping Tables
mls qos queue-set is according to cisco explanation in following link Queueing and Scheduling on Egress Queues
You guarantee the availability of buffers, set drop thresholds, and configure the maximum memory allocation for a queue-set by using the mls qos queue-set output qset-id threshold queue-id drop-threshold1 drop-threshold2 reserved-threshold maximum-threshold global configuration command.

mls qos map cos-dscp 0 8 16 24 32 46 48 56
To define the ingress Class of Service (CoS)-to-differentiated services code point (DSCP) map for trusted interfaces, use the mls qos map cos-dscp command in global configuration mode. Use the no form of this command to remove a prior entry.
mls qos map cos-dscp dscp1...dscp8
COS | 0 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
DSCP | 0 | 8 | 16 | 24 | 32 | 40 | 48 | 56 |
with the following command you map a cos value 5 to queue 1 thresshold 3:
mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 1 threshold 3 5
All commands are part of QoS configuration.
