QOS configuration on L-2 Switch C2960S-48TS-L port basis

Hello All,

Now we are using C2960S-48TS-L switches in our network and have 100 Mbps bandwidth.

And i want to configure 10 Mbps QOS policy on each port basis. So please share the configuration and how we can implement in or network.

Hi there,

Is your goal simply to hard limit each port to 10Mbps and not prioritize certain types of  traffic?

If that is the case, you could simply hard code your access ports to only negotiate 10Mbps.

The following command can be used on a per-interface basis to only auto-negotiate at 10Mbps.

speed auto 10
