Do you know what you what your QoS policy to achieve?
What IOS is on the 1941?
What's a "fisical" interface?

Hi,
You can use QoS in both interfaces.

I'm assuming you're talking about the policy and the physical interface or logical interface, which I have my employees configure it on the physical interface and it works fine.
