Need Some Help,
I configured DSCP marking on my 3750E, however i am not seeing any hits on the correct class. Here is my config.
Class Map match-any TEST
Match access-group name TEST
Match ip dscp ef (46)
Policy Map TEST
Class TEST
set dscp ef
police 128000 bps 8000 byte conform-action transmit exceed-action policed-dscp-transmit
Extended IP access list TEST
10 permit udp any range 49152 57500 any
20 permit udp any any range 49152 57500
interface GigabitEthernet1/0/24
service-policy input TEST
I verified with WireShark that the traffic coming from my application is using a UDP port in the range 49152 57500, however i am not seeing any matches on the right class, the traffic is matching only the default Class:
Clgr-ct18-sw7(config-cmap)#do sh mls qos int GigabitEthernet1/0/24 st
GigabitEthernet1/0/24 (All statistics are in packets)
dscp: incoming
-------------------------------
0 - 4 : 1493 0 0 0 0 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<
40 - 44 : 0 0 0 0 0 <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< No Matches on 46
Any help/advise is highly appreciated!
Thanks,
A

Hi Amir,
Do 'show mls QoS int sta' on the outgoing interface, see if the packet is marked to EF.

Both the incoming and ongoing interfaces show zero counts on the EF. Am i missing something on config? I have the feelnig that i am not matching traffic.
Thoughts?

Hi,
How's config look like on the outgoing interface? Is mls QoS enabled globally?

Mls is golablly enabled.
Which interface are you referring by outgoing interface? The Trunk? If you are asking about the Trunk interface then all what i am doing there is trust DSCP
Here is setup i have:
PC--->Phone---Switch----Core Switch

Yeah, probably is your trunk. So you check the show mls QoS sta on the trunk interface, and no packet in EF?
