I suspect you're most wondering about main interface, whether it includes traffic received on the subinterface.

Although the physical interface status counts all traffic on the port, subinterfaces allow logical division of the physical traffic.  For a gig interface, the main interface would account for untagged frames.

I.e., I believe for policy marking, subinterfaces and subinterfaces will only mark to their corresponding logical port policy.

Hello

Try and nest the policies

Policy-map test
Class claass-default
Service-policy test1

Int x/x(main interface)
Service-policy output test
