QOS setup...need help

Hi,

We need to implement QOS in our LAN environment - access, distribution and Core level , How can we setup QOS for VoIP and video traffic more effectively, give me more realistic data ( I meant realtime configured detials)  or good document which more helpful , thanks.

You can go through the QoS SRND doucment. It has the detailed information along with Config examples for various models of switches.

In brief -

What you would need is - At access ports connecting to the end points you can setup conditional trust (only trust markings from Cisco Phone). Setup/modify the cos-dscp map (on some switches it may be converting CoS5 to 40). Trust the dscp markings at trunks. Setup appropriate queueing. If its too much for you - You can use Auto QoS, it would do this all for you. It works fine mostly.
