Question about Extended ACL's for BGP

Page 614 of ENARSI  OCG  gives this example of an extended ACL  for BGP

wouldn't the above be a /25  to  /31 mask?

255.255.255.128 (the /25)    0.0.0.127(the 31)

.1      .3     .7     .15      .31     .63      .127

/25    /26   /27   /28     /29    /30       /31

or am I missing something?

Friend never use acl to filter prefix'

Try use prefix-list it better and accurate.
