I buy a Cisco router e1200, al it's working perfect but I have a very little question about the parental control module

how I can to configure in the router if I want to block the Internet but on some hours in some days?

for example, how I can to block the Internet on wendsay 15:00-16:00 and 22:00-23:00?

another question is how i can to block the internet from 23:00-10:00?
