You have BGP on 2 active/active routers, R1 go to ISP1 and R2 go to ISP2. You want to prioritize traffic through ISP1 what do you do?

the story start in R1/R2 LAN connection, 
you must config R1 & R2 as HSRP and make R1 elect as Active HSRP router and hence the R1 will receive the traffic from LAN host and forward to ISP1 and if it failed then as HSRP role, R2 will be active and forward traffic to ISP2.

It depends on the config and network, you can use BGP attributes and do different ways :

example: local pref or path prepend.

if you have some network diagram of how R1 and R2 connected back to Local network,
