I have a 2600 and 3700 router with a 4-port ATM IMA card. I have 2 T1s on each router forming an IMA group. My users are experiencing with slow reponsiveness. When I issued the command "show atm interface atm1/ima0" on each router, I noticed the following output from the 2600 router:
VBR-NRT 8196
Link oversbuscribed by 5196K
Below was the output from the 3700 router.
VBR-NRT 3000
avail bw: 70
Can anyone help me understand this output?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
the line rate for a T1 is 1536, so for the IMA group consisting of two T1s, that would equal roughly 3070, which is what you get when you add the values ´VBR-NRT 3000` and ´avail bw:70´ on your 3700 router. On your 2600 router, the vbr-nrt values has possibly been misconfigured, it should be the same as on the 3700, that is, 3000 (3072 to be exact). Can you check the configuration of the 2600 router for the vbr-nrt value ?

GP,
Thanks for the info. Yes, the 2600 router is configured exactly same as the other. What I don't understand is that why I got the "oversubcribed by 5M" message. Also, on the 3700, why does it say that I only have 70K avaiable BW. Does this mean the amount of BW that I have left available from 3M?
Thanks for your help.
