A point of confusion is why, when setting rate limits, the average rate of traffic is expressed in bps, but the burst limits are expressed in bytes. Can anyone confirm that the average rate would be set to 16KBps in the example below ?
rate-limit output 128000 24000 48000 ...
average rate=128000bps=16000Bps=16KBps
normal burst=24000Bytes=24KB
exceed burst=48000Bytes=48KB
