As i am new to networking can anyone please suggest me how to resolve the mentioned issue ?

1)Static Routing is used.

2)Reachability is fine towards Spoke & vice-versa.

3)Hub Lan subnet is reachable from spoke location.

4)Other Statically advertised subnets at hub are not reachable from spoke location.

5)Trace of the Problematic subnets from spoke is dropping at HUB Router WAN IP.

Please suggest.

Hello

Looks like 10.7.20.18  isn't aware of that probmatic spokes network?

How is the spoke getting advertised and by what process?

Hello,

the document you provided can be applied to probably hundreds of imaginary topologies. What does yours look like ? Post a schematic drawing showing the devices involved and how they are interconnected. Also provide the running configurations of all devices involved.
