Hi,
If you have a serial (WAN) link to Head Office
you should check if this is up ,up.
sh int Serial
There could be a trasmission fault between the two sites.

If we knew more about the environment we might be able to give better answers. I think the suggestion about checking to verify that the interface is up up is a good place to start.
I would also need to know what kind of connection is there between the branch and the Head Office. How is routing information supplied (is there a dynamic routing protocol or are there static routes)? Does the Head Office have a route in its routing table for the branch and does the branch have a route in its routing table for the Head Office?
You mention that PCs can not ping to the other office. If someone gets on the console of one of the routers can you ping the outside address of the other router?
Let us know answers to these and perhaps we can help you find answers to your problem.

Thanks,
From Branch B .. users can ping from their PC to router HO (172.16.1.2) .. but from HO users cannot ping from their PC to router Branch B (172.16.6.1),
I tried to logon to console on router HO (172.16.1.1) and I can ping to any PC on Branch B.
does the routing table corrupted or missing? ..
Any idea? ..
thanks a lot in advance

From your description of the problem I believe that the router at the branch office does not have the subnet for users at HQ in its routing table. You can check on that by doing show ip route on the branch router. Perhaps you can post the output of that command so that we can better understand what is happening.
Please let us know if you check whether the routing table at the branch is missing the subnet at HQ.
