Look for chapater 17 starting from page 296. Will give you details about device Routing capabilities and by end of chapter how to configure same.

Hello.

i have check but in SG300-28 28-port switch don't have  "IP Configuration > IPv4 Management and Interfaces > IPv4 Routes" option.
