We have 3 private lines terminating into a Cisco 3745 router. We are using the CISCO T1 DSU/CSU WAN INTERFACE CARD (WIC-1DSU-T1-V2. Every so often, one of the wics will go into an alarm state and the serial interface will show as down/down. When I get the ISP involved they always insist that it is not a problem on their end. I then find myself rebooting the router to get past these alarms that appear. I am wondering if there is a way to clear the alarm without rebooting the entire router. Any thoughts? Also, the other office location that these private lines goto has the same model 3745 router with the same model wics.
Thanks.

'clear service-module serial
This is a very useful command especially when the router can't be rebooted due to other active interfaces in the router.
