RIP question

guys if two routers are connected and i want that first router shd not recontract rip routing table or interface flapping .....what would be the easiest way to do that.....thanks

are you asking about link flapping affecting rip convergence?

Are you trying to say, that "first router should not reconstruct/rebuild RIP routing table and because interface/link is flapping that route should not be used " ???
