I've come across this question (see attachment) but I can't find why the PCA and PCB can't communicate. Could someone kindly explain. Thanks

interface f0/24 & f0/22
switch mode access <<- this meaning that both port in VLAN 1 (default)

BUT the router config with subinterface with tag 11 and 99
that is issue, how can I solve it ?

switch access vlan 99

switch access vlan 11
