What is the type and version of your location gateway and your remote site firewall ? and whats the type of connection ( media ) between your location and the remote site ?

I have MPLS connection, service provider also advertise my lan segment ip in their router. my exact issue is i am able to reach remote site lan segment except firewall. when i put a tracert from my system means packet is dropped at the router, but i am able to reach my router gateway from the remote site firewall.

So this looks like a Firewall problem, please share firewall configuration so we can help you.
