Hello,

What is your configuration? If it’s BGP you can just make a route map for each neighbor filtering on what’s is requested in the diagram. 

Based on the image it looks like a homework assignment or project so I don’t want to give you the whole answer and just help guide you in the right direction. 

Understand the functionality of the route map. You provide matching statements based on lots of things like prefixes, communities, interfaces etc. Try just working on one link to get it working. Match on a community and prefix to deny, permit the rest and apply to the neighbor.
