hi henry, this range can't be summarized in a single summary because it is not at a bit boundary.
But you can go multiple ways about it:
assuming that the 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24 exist as a more specific route, you could possibly just send the :
192.168.0.0/20 out that covers 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.16.255
create another summary for the 192.168.17-19 with a 192.168.16.0/22
so having a 192.168.0.0/20 and a 192.168.16.0/22 in your routing table possibly with a 192.168.0.0/24 for the more specific subnet.
if that /24 is withdrawn then the summary of the /20 will kick in.
if you want a single summary, then you will need a 192.168.0.0/19, that will go from 0-31 on the 3rd octet.
